Dead Suspect - New Life EP

Well I said I'd be back with Dead Suspect's first EP. The only bad news is that it came out shortly after my post about 3 months ago, and I missed it. I am sorry. It's unfortunate that I've missed out on 3 months of blasting this stellar 7 track EP.
It has a lot of dirty, ear drum crushing bass to offer, yet has plenty of melodic beauty to balance everything out. I honestly don't know which track is my favorite.
And in case you missed my first post about Dead Suspect, let me state again...this talented producer is ONLY 14!  What a stud.

Watch out for this guy, cause I only see great things in the future from DS.

[Updated 7/31/13 --- Sorry guys, looks like DS took down some of his tracks. I've posted the 3 songs from the EP that he does have online, along with 2 new tracks he just posted.]

Sound Remedy - Chiaroscuro

I am very excited about September. For that is when this remix master comes to my hometown on his Fall tour.
I shall be there.

Of course this remix master has some original gems up his sleeve, Chiaroscuro being his latest release.

According to Merriam-Webster.com, one of the definitions for the word "Chiaroscuro" is:
a : the arrangement or treatment of light and dark parts in a pictorial work of art
b : the interplay or contrast of dissimilar qualities (as of mood or character)

I think both of these apply to this delicious ear nectar. Sure, there is some trap in there to which many fans are voicing their disapproval, but SR knows exactly what he's doing and people need to remember that it's his art. With or without the trap section, this is a beautiful free-flowing piece, and I can not wait to hear it live.

Say "No" to trolling, kids, and just enjoy the music.

BONUS:
Because I missed out on posting this when it came out, here is another amazing track from SR.

Seven Lions - Fevers (feat. Minnesota & Mimi Page)

Two posts back to back about Minnesota, you say?!

Yes, indeed.

This track by Seven Lions featuring Ms. Mimi Page and Mr. Christian Bauhofer (aka Minnesota) is way too good to keep to myself just because I already posted about Minnesota.
The man is doing something right...

As is Mimi Page. You may remember her from when she was featured on Bassnectar's track "Butterfly" from Vava Voom.
Throw in Seven Lions and you've got yourself an all-star cast for one hell of a song.

Enjoy!

Minnesota - Eternal Frequencies EP (Plus bonus remix by Psymbionic)

To be honest, I'm late with this post.
Minnesota released Eternal Frequencies Equinox 3 months ago, but I'm making up for it with a brand new remix of "Stardust Redux" from Psymbionic.

And according to Gravitas Recording...

"California based producer Minnesota, well known for his melodic, uplifting sound, is celebrating the success of his recent "Eternal Frequencies: Equinox" EP with a series of remixes from his good friends. Tracks will be released once a week, culminating with an EP released on August 19th, 2013 via Gravitas Recordings. Each track will be a free download, with the option to pay what you want - make sure to check back every Monday for a new tune!"

I look forward to hearing the other remixes that will be released.

Until then, check out this Minnesota gold.
