Gravity A - Renegade Masters EP

Gravity A hails from the great city of New Orleans and just released their new 3 track EP Renegade Masters. Their music is born through electronic progressions that fuse funk, trance, and DnB, and this new EP is sure to deliver a perpetual dance adventure to anyone attending their late night sets.

Renegade Masters is quite an eclectic EP as each track has a notably unique sound.  "Renegade Master" kicks off the EP throwing a surge of DnB energy in your face. After you're done with the mosh pit you just started, "Goofy Song" helps slow your heart rate until you're ready to groove to the funky sound of the keyboard that chimes in for the second half of the track. "Some1 Like You" finishes it off by allowing you to get fully lost in your own world of dance due to the trance-driven sounds and vocals on this track.

Timeflies - Turn It Up

I'm stoked to share this song with you today. I previously mentioned Timeflies in my Rebecca Black & Drake remix produced by Rob Resnick as he is the producer of Timeflies. Along with Cal, the vocalist, they make a dynamic duo creating a fresh sound in the hip-hop/dub genre.

This track immediately grabbed my attention as it starts off with a tranquil piano and Cal's gripping vocals. Thirty seconds in an eruption changes the pace of the song leaving you with a sense that something great is about to happen. Then one minute in, a powerful dubstep drop breaks in giving the song a magnetic intensity while keeping the song's soothing melody intact. Midway through Cal adds a hip-hop flow to his lyrics, constructing a mixture of musical elements that will leave you pressing repeat.

Though my favorite song changes rapidly, I think this is currently it, ha. Hope you enjoy it.

Black Light Dinner Party - Older Together

Found this today and it's been on repeat since.

It's a beautiful fusion of electronica and indie-pop. From the looks of it, BLDP only has 2 songs out, with people pleading for more. I'd keep an eye on them as I'm sure they will produce more gems like this one. At least I hope so...

So I've actually had a couple remixes by DJ Kue for months now, but he just released this remix of Wiz Khalifa's "No Sleep" and I realized I hadn't posted about him yet. With that said, I'm throwing three pop remixes your way for all you girls that "just wanna dance".

The Firmament - My Island

Ok, so I recently posted about Rhyno, the kickass solo dubstep project from Ryan Geldermann of The Firmament.  Well this time the duo made their own dubstep remix to their song "In The Water" resulting in the track "My Island."
This remix is sexy and smooth and quite a different take on the song that spawned it. I love the multitude of layers they laid down to create this melody, while having enough glitches and muddy bass to keep everyone happy.
I mean, I'm happy. You should be too.
